Lenovo Vibe X3 and OnePlus One are two big sized smartphones that have been released in 2015 (December) and 2014 (June), respectively. Today we’re going to compare these two devices and let you decide which one is offering better specs.


The Lenovo Vibe X3 measures 154×76.5×9.3mm and weights 175 grams. The device has a high quality plastic back available in black and white colors, a metal frame and a fingerprint scanner placed below the rear camera. The OnePlus One is thinner and lighter as it measures 152.9×75.9×8.9mm and weights 162 grams. Its body has a floating arc shape and the back is made of plastic with two variants of textures: Silk White and Sandstone Black.


The Lenovo Vibe X3 has an IPS LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 401 ppi and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The OnePlus One features a LTPS IPS LCD display with the same size, resolution and pixel density, and benefits from the same protection.

Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

The Lenovo Vibe X3 comes with a Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 chipset, a hexa-core processor formed from a dual-core Cortex A57 processor clocked at 1.8GHz and quad-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 418 graphics card and 3GB of RAM. The OnePlus One has a Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 chipset, a quad-core Krait 400 processor clocked at 2.5GHz, an Adreno 300 graphics card and 3GB of RAM.


The Lenovo Vibe X3 has been released in two internal storage variants of 32GB and 64GB, but you will be able to expand it up to 128GB using a microSD card. On the other hand, the OnePlus One doesn’t support a card slot for storage expansion and it comes in two internal storage variants of 16GB and 64GB.


The Lenovo Vibe X3 sports an awesome primary camera of 21MP (found on the rear side of the handset) that features autofocus, dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, panorama, HDR and a secondary camera of 8MP (found on the front side of the smartphone). The OnePlus One has a weaker primary camera of 13MP that features dual-LED, geo-tagging, autofocus, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR and a secondary camera of 5MP.


Both devices come with non-removable batteries. The Lenovo Vibe X3 houses a bigger 3500 mAh battery, while the OnePlus One is powered by a weaker battery of only 3100 mAh.
