Viber is an application that’s available for Windows 8, Android, Windows Phone, iOS, Mac OS and Linux. However, today we’re going to talk about Viber for Windows 10.
In April 2015, Microsoft confirmed that Viber will be launching “soon” a universal application for the Windows 10. A few months have passed since Microsoft has released its Windows 10 OS and nobody knows yet when the Viber application will be available for it.
According to reports, Viber is now currently working on this application, but unfortunately, nobody known when it will arrive. We remind you that a Viber application for Windows is not something new, as back in 2013, the developers have released the application for Windows 8, which came with some exclusive features for that operating system.
However, after Microsoft has made the official announcement back in April 2015, the American multinational technology company headquartered in Redmond, Washington has been quiet about the status of this application and when it is actually going to be released.
Viber still doesn’t say anything about this and the only response that the PR representative of this Company gave was that the Viber application for Windows 10 is still in the works. We’re not sure why it’s taking so long for the company to release this “universal” application for Windows 10, but hopefully once it will be released, it will be bug-free. We’re pretty sure that the developers will do everything possible to not disappoint their users.
There are rumors which say that the Viber for Windows 10 OS will be released soon, but the developers are currently working on fixing some major bugs that they’ve found. However, this was not confirmed by Viber, so we should take this news with a bit of salt.
Do you think that the developers will release the Viber application for Windows 10 OS anytime soon or they are just stalling?
