In February, from 22 to 25, the annual event MWC will take place. The LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 flagships will be unveiled and we’re pretty sure that the fans of these two handsets series will surely want to look them up.
There are a few rumors specifications about these two devices and below we’re going to tell you about them.
In concordance with Phandroid, the LG G5 device will come with a 5.3-inch Quad HD display and it will feature a Snapdragon 820 processor that will be backed by 3GB of RAM. This upcoming LG G5 will sport a primary camera of 16MP that will be found on the rear side of the device and a secondary camera of 8MP that will be placed on the front side. According to reports, LG is working on including a laser auto-focus and a heart rate sensor. The LG G5 is expected to sport an iris scanner for a secure authentication and it is good to know that this kind of security is way better than the previous fingerprint recognition.
There are rumors which say that LG is developing a new tech that’s named “Irience”, which will recognize an iris from a distance of 50cm. The device will be powered by a 3000 mAh Li-On battery, it is expected to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and it will cost between 650 and 800 dollars.
Samsung Galaxy S7
In concordance with IBTimes, the Galaxy S7 device will feature a 5.1-inch display that will support a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels, which is the same resolution supported by the current Galaxy S6. The primary camera, from the rear side, that the Galaxy S7 will come with has 12MP, while the secondary shooter will support 5MP.
Likewise the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S7 will come with a fingerprint scanner, but in addition, it will have an iris eye scanner and a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The handset will be water and dust resistant and it will be powered by a 3000 mAh battery.
The Galaxy S7 will be sold for a price of 700-750 dollars.
