According to reports from owners of the Moto G 2015, the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update has already started on this device. We remind you that this device was released back in July 2015 with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. Since then, there were many rumors which said that this device will soon be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

So, if you have a Moto G 2015 device that hasn’t received the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update yet, don’t worry, because the update is released in phases and some devices will receive it later than others.

LG G3, LG G4, LG G Stylo, LG V10 and LG Flex 2 To Receive Android 6.0.1 OTA Update

According to some latest reports, the LG G3, LG G4, LG G Stylo, LG V10 and LG Flex 2 will soon receive the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OTA Update. The South Korean tech giant is expected to release this update after the Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be available for a good amount of devices that we’ve mentioned above. Currently, only the LG Nexus 5X device has received the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OTA Update, but this is mostly because it is a “Nexus” (Google) device.

According to reports, the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OTA update is not a major update, but it does come with some enhancements to the performance along with over 200 emojis.

The LG G Flex 2 is one of the smartphones that was released at the start of 2015, but currently there is no Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update for it. However, we’re pretty sure that this device along with the other we’ve mentioned above will soon receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update.

Once this happens, LG will start releasing the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OTA update, which will be released for all the LG devices that will receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update.

The Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update is already available for the LG G4 devices and the update has firstly begun in South Korea in October 2015. Soon enough, the LG G4 devices from Poland have received the update and finally it had reached other regions such as Europe, Asia and America.

The LG G Stylo devices connected on Sprint carrier have also received the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update in the last week of December 2015. The LG G3 devices have started to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update in Poland in December 2015, but unfortunately, there is no confirmation saying if the LG G2 will ever receive this update.
