According to rumors, Samsung is preparing its Galaxy S7 device to be released next month. The Galaxy S7 was not present at the CES 2016 event, but since the device is expected to be released in February 2016, rumors about its specifications have already surfaced.
It seems that Samsung will release a Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge next month and according to a report from PhoneArena, these devices will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8 Octa 8890 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage and a slot that supports microSD cards of up to 200GB.
We remind you that the Galaxy S6 received many changes over the Galaxy S5. The new aesthetic change was received well by the users, but at the same time, some elements have been criticized and those are the inability to expand the internal storage and of the removal of the waterproof feature.
The Galaxy S6 comes with a non-removable battery of 2550 mAh, while the Galaxy S6 Edge features a battery of 2600 mAh. However, it seems that the battery of the upcoming Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 will be slightly boosted to 3000 mAh and 3600 mAh.
According to rumors, the Galaxy S7 will feature a 5.1-inches display, while the Galaxy S7 Edge will feature a 5.5-inches one and both devices will sport a 12MP primary camera.
Even if the most of the rumors say that the device will be released sometime in February, there are some earlier rumors which say that the flagship will come sometime in March 2016 after being announced during the Mobile World Congress that will be held at the end of February 2016 in Barcelona, Spain.
Other rumors have also suggested that the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge devices will be released in the first quarter of 2016, as according to many reports, the American phone company AT&T has been testing two new Samsung models.
Do you think that the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will be released in February or they will be announced at MWC 2016 at the end of February and be finally released sometime in March 2016?
