The beta of Chrome version 47 is finally ended and it is now available in the Google Play Store. This is the latest stable version the Chrome application, which means that the developers have worked and solved almost all the bugs and issues they’ve found on it.

The Google Chrome version 47 brings support for 3D Touch to all the iPhones that support it. In addition, you will be able to make searches using an external keyboard or Bluetooth devices.

First of all, Google has ditched the desktop notification center from the Chrome application. This was communicated to the publicity last month and it seems that many people are happy with this change.  There are many users who don’t want to get bothered by notifications when they are using the browser application.

According to Google, the new Chrome 47 comes with 41 security fixes from external researchers, as part of their bounty reward program. However, they’ve added that the work has been done by their internal security team and the major bugs they’ve fixed are related to MemorySanitizer and MemorySanitizer.

Installing Chrome 47 On Your Android Device

As we’ve told you above, the Chrome 47 is currently in a stable form and can be found on the Google Play Store. So, just open the Google Play Store and search for “Chrome”. Once you find the Chrome application, select it and tap the “Install” button to start downloading and installing the Chrome 47 on your Android device.

If you can’t find it yet on the Google Play Store, you can download the Chrome 47 APK file from the internet and manually install it on your Android device. However, you will need to enable the “Unknown Sources” option or else you will not be able to install it (this option can be found on your Android device’s Settings->Security).

Once you have the “Unknown Sources” option enabled, open the folder where you’ve saved the Chrome 47 APK file and tap on it to start the installation process of the latest Chrome STABLE version.
