According to the latest reports, Xiaomi is preparing to update its Mi 4 and Mi Note devices to the Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it seems that these will be the first devices from Xiaomi that will be updated to the latest Android OS version.
Once you update your Xiaomi Mi 4 and Xiaomi Mi Note to Android 6.0 Marshmallow you will be able to use the new features that it comes with, but the MIUI 7 will be quite limited. This is because Xiaomi doesn’t want to update its MIUI 7 yet and we’re not sure when this will happen.
