WhatsApp’s developers are like relentless ants, working hard on improving this application which is used by over 900 million people from all parts of the world. They’re releasing new updates very often and the latest APK is 2.12.358, which wasn’t added yet to the official website, but it can be found on the internet, on pages such as apkreleases. This version comes with some changes and we’ll talk about them below.
WhatsApp 2.12.358 APK is 19.6 MB in size and brings bug fixes, the group member capacity has been increased up to 200/group and there are two new changes which haven’t been released yet: Improvements in Doc and Send function and Improvements in material Dark & Light function. Also, the Android users can use skin tones and emojis, make voice calls and share multimedia files.
This is a beta version, which means that it’s not uploaded to the Google Play store, and it may come with bugs and other problems, so if you find them, report them so the developers, because they will fix them until they release a new update. When installing an application from a third party source, not from the Google Play store, the users must enable the Unknown Sources option, from Settings ->Applications -> Device Administration, where you’ll see a box in front of the Unknown Sources. Check it and you’ll be able to install any application.
As for WhatsApp, we remind you that the application is continuously evolving, receiving new features every now and then. After it was bought by Facebook, the new owner promised to add the Voice Calling feature, but this was possible only one year later, this year, in February. In the meantime, the developers redesigned the Material Design, improved the voice calling service and added the option to backup chats on Google Drive. Recently, new emojis have been added, and the most popular is the middle finger.
