First of all you will need to enable the “Unknown Sources” option that’s found on your Android device’s Settings->Security or Settings->Applications, this option allows you to install APK files that have been downloaded from third party sources.
After enabling “Unknown Sources” options, go to whatsapp.com/android and download the WhatsApp 2.12.351 APK on your Android device. To install the WhatsApp 2.12.351 on your device just use a file manager application to get to the location where you’ve saved the APK file and tap on it to start the installation process.
