Sharing is caring!

It seems that WhatsApp is the mobile application of the moment, having more than 900 million monthly active users and many of them have been loyal since the launch of this instant messenger. WhatsApp’s popularity increased after the Voice Calling feature has been added in February, but in the meantime, the application has received many other great features. What does the new beta version bring?

The Voice Calling feature allows you to make voice calls to any WhatsApp friend from all over the world without having to pay any extra fees. However, keep in mind that the WhatsApp Voice Calling feature works only on mobile devices that run on Android, iOS, BlackBerry 10 and Windows Phone.

There are a few rumors saying that WhatsApp will soon support the Video Calling feature, but this was not confirmed by the developers, so you should pay much attention to everything you read on the internet, if you don’t find official statements belonging to the company’s representatives.

Unfortunately, there are no new features added to the WhatsApp 2.12.331 version. However, we remind you that until a few weeks ago, the WhatsApp application for Android devices didn’t support the option to back up your data on Google Drive. This feature allows you to save the WhatsApp Chat history directly on the cloud using a Google account. This way, you will be able to restore the WhatsApp Chat history whenever you want, on any new device that you purchase.

The new WhatsApp 2.12.331 is also more stable than the previous version and it has fewer bugs.
