WhatsApp is one of the most popular mobile messaging applications out there, with over 900 million active monthly users. In the last months, many new users have registered on WhatsApp, mostly because this application is now allowing you to make Voice Calls to any WhatsApp user who lives in all parts of the world.
Unfortunately, not all devices support the WhatsApp Voice Calling feature. This feature is currently supported by devices that run on Android, iOS, BlackBerry 10 or Windows Phone.
WhatsApp 2.12.330 Available For The Android Devices
The latest WhatsApp BETA version for Android devices is 2.12.330. This new BETA version comes with the Google Drive feature that we’re pretty sure that many have expected for quite a while. This feature allows you to save the WhatsApp chat history on the cloud, which means that you can access it whenever you want, from any other device.
This is great if you either lose your device, if someone stoles it from you or if the device just “dies”. This way, you will never lose the WhatsApp chat history as it will always be stored on the Google Drive.
WhatsApp 2.12.330: How To Install On Android
WhatsApp 2.12.330 is currently in BETA phase, which means that you won’t find it on the Google Play Store. In order to install this WhatsApp version on your Android device, you will need to manually uninstall the current WhatsApp application that you have installed on your handset and enable the “Unknown Sources” feature that allows you to install APK files that have been downloaded from third party sources.
The “Unknown Sources” option is found in your Android device’s Settings->Security or Settings->Application (it depends on the Android OS version that the device runs on). The safest place from where you can download the WhatsApp 2.12.330 APK file is whatsapp.com/android (the official WhatsApp website).
Once you have the “Unknown Sources” option enabled, just head to the location where you’ve saved the WhatsApp 2.12.330 APK file and tap on it to start the installation of the latest WhatsApp BETA version on your mobile device.
