Well, yesterday we’ve told you about the WhatsApp 2.12.312, but today we’re going to talk about the new WhatsApp BETA version 2.12.315 that was just released by the developers.

Unfortunately, it seems that the new WhatsApp 2.12.315 BETA doesn’t come with any new features and, instead, the developers have just focused on fixing all the bugs that they’ve found and improved the application’s stability. Since the developers are releasing everyday a new WhatsApp BETA version, it’s clearly that they are getting closer and closer on releasing a new STABLE version of this awesome application.

It’s not sure yet when the “Google Drive” feature will get finally (re)enabled on the WhatsApp application, but we’re pretty sure that the developers are working on it. The “Google Drive” feature has been spotted on the WhatsApp BETA version a few months ago, but it was disabled soon enough for an unknown reason.

At the same time, there are rumors which say that the developers are working on bringing the Video Call feature on WhatsApp for Android. We’re not sure if these rumors are true, but the developers didn’t confirm that this feature will truly be released for WhatsApp.

WhatsApp 2.12.315 BETA: How To Install On An Android Smartphone

WhatsApp 2.12.315 is currently in BETA and can’t be found on the Google Play Store. However, you can still install the application on your Android device, as long as you uninstall the current WhatsApp application and enable the “Unknown Source” option that allows you to install APK files that have been downloaded from third party sources.

HINT: The “Unknown Sources” option is found in your Android device’s Settings->Security or Settings->Application.

Once you enable this option, you will need to manually download the installation (APK) file from Download the WhatsApp 2.12.315 APK file on your Android device. Once the download ends, use a file manager application to get to the location where you’ve saved the APK file and tap on it to install the latest WhatsApp BETA version on your Android device.
