We’re sure that many Nexus 4 owners were quite disappointed when they’ve found out that their smartphone is not going to receive the Android Marshmallow update. However, it seems that Dmitry Grinberg already released a working AOSP Marshmallow image that will run on a Nexus 4 device.
HINT: You can search for it along with all the installation process on his website by just doing a simple search with his name on Google.
At the same time, a Google Plus user named Aldrin Holmes is also working on his own Marshmallow ROM for the Nexus 4, which is almost ready to get released. According to the last update, the ROM is around 80 percent done, but, unfortunately, there is no confirmed ETA yet, we’ll be back with more news when we’ll know more.
