Minecraft is one of those games that can be played by both kids and parents without getting bored. In this game, you will need to survive in a world full of monsters and construct buildings to hide from them, during the night. If you are not interested of the surviving type of game, you can also choose the Creative Mode, where you will just need to use your imagination in order to construct one of the best looking buildings out there!
However, today we’re going to talk about a new feature that has been added to the Minecraft. It seems that the developers have released a new update for the Minecraft: PC version, which allows you to fly!
Jens Bergensten, Minecraft’s lead developer for the past four years, has tweeted on October 6, 2015 that a “dramatic” feature is likely to be released in the next snapshot. If you have no idea what a snapshot is, then you should know that this is a “BETA” version of Minecraft and anyone can join in order to test out things before they are “officially” released.
We’re sure that you want to see how this new feature is actually looking in Minecraft, so here is a video about it:
It seems that when you’re on the ground, the cape folds up and you can’t craft it as it’s a finders-only item. However, if you manage to get one, you will be able to use it to fly past enemies that you don’t want to fight with. You can also fly into a strategically placed boat and run away at a high speed.
Have you ever thought that the flying feature will be added to Minecraft? Tell us your thoughts about this new feature that just has been added to Minecraft for PC!
