WhatsApp is an awesome application which gives you the possibility to make calls to all your friends from all over the world, if they are using this application, as well. This new feature is only available for a few mobile operating systems such as Android, iOS, BlackBerry 10 and, of course, Windows 10. Even if the WhatsApp version for Windows Phone (now Windows 10 Mobile) hasn’t been updated so often, it seems that the developers are still working on it.

They’ve released a new BETA version for the devices that run on Windows Phone OS. The WhatsApp version 2.12.142 is the latest BETA version of this awesome application which can be installed on a device that runs on this OS.

Unfortunately, the new WhatsApp 2.12.142 BETA doesn’t bring any new features or options, which means that the developers are currently working on optimizing the application, by fixing the bugs and improving its stability.

We remind you that there were some rumors saying that the Video Calling feature is about to be released for the WhatsApp application. However, the developers haven’t confirmed that feature yet, but we think that they will be forced to release it sooner or later. With other words, if the Voice Calling feature will not be released for WhatsApp in the next months, there are high chances that most of the users will switch to another application that support it, such as Skype or Viber.

Currently, on WhatsApp you can send and receive messages, audio files, photos and more. The application even allows you to create or join group chats that are able to hold up to 100 members, which is a pretty nice feature that will be enjoyed by big groups of common friends who want to keep in touch.

Do you think that WhatsApp will receive the Video Call feature in the next months? Will you prefer to use an application that supports Video Calls, instead of one that supports only Voice Calls?
