Asus’s Zenfone 2 model came out in the US in two versions: there was the $199 version with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage and then there was the $299 version with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and a processor than outranked the previous one.
However, now users can get their hands on the Zenfone 2 with 4GB of RAM and 16GB of storage at only $229. Because the Intel Atom SoC has been integrated in the Asus Zenfone 2 device, this particular factor makes the handset the ultimate choice when it comes to unlocked handsets. And now, with the new 16GB of storage and 4GB of RAM option available, the $229 price tag is definitely one deal you cannot pass up.
The new version of the Zenfone 2(Z3560) does have a slower Atom SoCs processor. But, with the Zenfone 2’s price sticker you will definitely get hooked on it right away. And because the handset comes packed with a microSD card slot, you can easily upgrade and enhance your storage space.
As far as specs are concerned, nothing is different from the $199 version, only the fact that the RAM has doubled.
Let us recall some of its specs and features:
