Minecraft is one of the most popular games out there and it is available for PCs, consoles and even mobile devices. Today we’re going to talk about the Minecraft: Pocket Edition 0.12 update, which will be released for iOS soon enough.
This update will come with fixes, improvements and new features. According to the latest rumors, the Minecraft: Pocket Edition version 0.12 update will be released for iOS on September 8, 2015.
If you’ve played Minecraft: Pocket Edition before, then you already know that many features which are found in Minecraft for PC or consoles are missing from the mobile version of the game.
According to Tommaso Checchi, a developer of Minecraft: Pocket Edition, many new features will be brought to the mobile version of the game, such as:
- Weather (rain and snow),
- Controller support,
- The Nether.
That’s not all, because there are more things to be added to the game when the new update will be released. According to the developers of Minecraft: Pocket Edition, there will be even more features added to the game in the future. After the Minecraft: Pocket Edition version 0.12 will be released, there are some other features that should come soon enough, such as the redstone circuits, which were requested by the players for quite a while now.
The redstone circuits will expand the building possibilities and will make the game much more fun.
If you are the owner of an Android device, you will be able to test out the new Minecraft: Pocket Edition features next week, when the patch will be released for your device (if everything goes as planned and there are no problems found in the update).
