Users will enjoy 3GB of RAM with the Lumia 950 phone and 32GB of internal storage (via microSD card slot). The camera is a 20 MP back end one with a PureView element with a 5MP front one. Lumia 950 XL
The Lumia 950 XL has the same matte white finish and the black polycarbonate body as the Lumia 950 one. The display is a 5.7-inch WQHD (1440×2560) OLED one, the processor is a Snapdragon 810 and 64-bit Octa core and it’s helped by 32GB build-in storage, expanded with up to 128GB.
The same Iris scanner is integrated in the Lumia 950 Xl and it mirrors the Lumia 950 device in terms of RAM and internal storage. The camera is also a 20 MP one with the identical PureView element, but this phone has a triple LED flash incorporated.
What you will also love is the silver ring (measuring just 1mm) right inside the perimeter of the camera pod and the knobs on the side, which are made out of aluminum.
