A new day has come and a new WhatsApp BETA version has been released. Today we will talk about the WhatsApp 2.17.48 BETA that is now available for Android devices.
The WhatsApp has over 1 billion monthly active users, which makes it one of the most used mobile messaging applications out there. To keep an application to the top is quite hard, because its developers need to constantly fix new bugs and issues that are found by them or reported by the users.
The latest WhatsApp 2.17.48 BETA doesn’t come with a new feature or option, but instead it fixes some of the issues and bugs that have been found on the previous version of the application. Unfortunately, the “Video Conference” feature has not been confirmed yet by the developers, but if this turns out to be true, we will soon be able to make Video Calls to two or more users at the same time on WhatsApp.
HINT: If the “Video Conference” feature will be released, it will probably be first available on iOS or Android OS.
WhatsApp 2.17.48 BETA for Android Devices: Features
- Application is FREE
- No additional cost for sending messages or making voice/video calls via this application
- Ability to create and join Group chats
- WhatsApp Web: This feature allows you to connect on your WhatsApp account via your computer’s browser (keep in mind that you will need to keep your mobile handset connected to the internet or it will NOT function)
- Access to messages that you’ve received while you’ve been offline.
