Microsoft might’ve lost the race against Sony as they’ve launched the PS4 Pro but they have yet to lose the war. To make up for this loss Microsoft is offering some sweet deals for those who opt to buy the new Xbox One S right before the year ends.
The deal is running from December 25th to December 31st and various gifts are made available depending on where you opt to buy it from. Those who wish to get their device from Amazon, Walmart or Best Buy will receive a wireless controller. If one chooses to get it from Gamestop will receive a Xbox Stereo Headset. Microsoft and Target are offering a free game of their choice if the console is bought from them.
Games which are available for free include titles such as Battlefield 1, Dead Rising 4, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim The Special Edition. The new Xbox console boasts with out of this world specs which include the ability to play games at 4K Ultra HD Blue-ray, High Dynamic Range and 4K video streaming.
Another sweet feature is the one that Microsoft has made available a backwards compatibility library which lets players download over 300 Xbox 360 games. Just consider the fact that this list contains as much as 100 games which are available only for Xbox owners.
Coming with a price tag of $299.99, Microsoft’s Xbox One S is one of the highest anticipated consoles which was released this year. Their deals are simply too good to neglect thus putting them a step ahead of Sony’s PlayStation.
