The graphic card behemoth NVIDIA recently announced on LinkedIn that they are currently looking for someone to be part of their team, namely a Senior Marketing Manager. Tech experts from around the world regarded this as a high probability that the future Marketing Manager will be working with the team that manufactures the new GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card.
Coming as good news for those who own the current generation of Ti graphics card, namely the 980 Ti will be privileged enough to get seats on the front row when it comes to ordering a new one. The job offer also disclaims a future project called Club GeForce Elite.
This means that users will have to pay a small price of $10 to enter this exclusive club that rewards players for their loyalty rather than making it seem like a giveaway platform. Three types of rewards will be made available for fans such as a free game once per year, a custom skin or free items in games that fall under the AAA category. They will even have access to discounted prices of future NVIDIA hardware.
It is believed that the new high-end graphics card will hit the stores somewhere around September 2017 though not before being announced at the future CES conference that will happen in the first quarter of 2017, namely in January.
It will most likely build around Pascal architecture based on a GP102 chip that provides better performance as the current Titan X. It will set buyers back around $1,200 for the base model.
Some believe that NVIDIA’s GTX 1080 Ti will feature 3,3280 CUDA cores, 12GB of GDDR5X memory and a clock speed of 1,623MHz.
