Gamers who pay $59.99 for a 12 month PlayStation Plus membership have access to features and benefits on PS4, PS 3 and PS Vita systems, as well to an Instant Game Collection and play free games on all three consoles. The list of games that will be played for free in December includes: Invisible, Inc. (PS4), Stories: Path of Destinies (PS4), Hyper Void (PS3), Tiny Troopers Joint Ops (PS3 but with cross buy on PS4 and Vita), Color Guardians (PS Vita but with cross buy on PS4) and VVVVVV (PS Vita).
Invisible Inc. is an espionage-themed strategy game released by Klei Entertainment, the creator of Don’t Starve. The game made its debut on console at the beginning of 2016, after it was initially released for PCs, and it received interface tweaks and platform-specific control optimizations.
Stories: The Path of Destinies was created by Spearhead Games and it’s an overhead-view action-RPG that features combo-driven melee combat mechanics. Through the single player quest, gamers are given several new powers and upgrades and depending on their decisions during the course of gameplay, they will have one of the 24 endings.
Hyper Void was created by IN|Framez Technology and it’s a single player third-person space-shooter with 25 levels filled with dangerous big boss encounters.
Tiny Troopers: Joint Ops is a military-themed twin-stick shooter developed by Wired Productions in which players will battle enemies around the world using special weapons. They will also collect items and when they defeat enemies, they declare victory.
Color Guardians was developed by Fair Play Labs and it’s an exciting fast action side scrolling game that will test players’ reflexes. They will switch colors and collect items while trying to avoid obstacles.
Lastly, VVVVVV is a 2D puzzle platform video game created by Terry Cavanagh and it’s about helping Captain Viridian to evacuate his spaceship after it’s affected by “dimensional interference”.
