Lenovo has introduced us to two new laptop devices which are very similar but not identical. The Lenovo Yoga 900 and Lenovo Yoga 900 S respectively are both marketed as very thing devices that provide excellent stability despite their apparent fragile form. This is due to the high quality materials used to design and manufacture the laptops, namely aluminum, steel, and carbon fiber.

The 900 S only measures 0.5 inches in thickness, but due to the already mentioned carbon fiber design, it is able to support firm handling and not break instantly. Another strong suite is the battery life. You can expect up to 12 hours of battery life from these machines, without requiring any additional charge.

Now it’s time to take a look at the specs.  The Lenovo Yoga 900 S focuses on portability and total handling comfort, as its incredibly thin nature allows it to be easily transported and used wherever you find yourself. The device comes with 128 GB of internal storage paired with 4 GB of RAM. The laptop features a 12.5 inch display with a max resolution of 1920 x 1080. The larger Yoga 900 comes with a 13.3 inch display that can showcase a far greater resolution of 3840 x 2160. In addition, you get 16 GB of RAM, which is 4 times the amount you get with the 900S, and 512 GB of storage.

Lenovo has managed to split the two products into two distinct models that cater to separate clientele. While one will be the better choice when dealing with the need of using a laptop in tight spaces or on the run, the other one, namely the Yoga 900, will be more appealing for those looking for more internal power and more competitive specs.
