The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus were launched on the 7th of September in the US and the time has come for the device to be introduced to other markets around the world as well. One of those markets is India and Apple has just announced the release of its newest device on the Indian market along with the second Apple Watch generation. The latter comes with an updated chipset that it shares with the new model.
Along with these new products, Apple also doubled the native storage space on all of their iPhones and now, there are no 16 GB iPhone models for sale, but from 32 GB and up.
The new iPhone 7 comes with many design tweaks that many tech analysts believe are paving the way for a tech revelation in 2017 when Apple celebrates its 10th year Anniversary.
Some of those tweaks include the lack of a 3.5 mm headphone jack, fewer antenna lines and the inclusion of a haptic button instead of a home button. It’s also both waterproof and dustproof and several test revealed that it can be submerged in water for about 30 minutes before things start to malfunction.
This means that if you find yourself on a boat ride and you drop the phone in the water, you better do your best to get it because it will still be functional for a while.
The new iPhone 7 comes with two new colors, black and jet black and the latter is already sold out on various markets because seem to not get enough of this new glossy design.
As for the Apple Watch series 2, potential buyers should know that the India model for the device also comes with a Nike + model which has several dedicated watchfaces and specific Nike apps and a new Ceramic Apple Watch Edition.
