According to reports, Apple is now preparing to release its iPhone 7 on September 7, 2016. However, there are rumors which say that the company will bring even more new mobile devices sometime soon.

If these rumors will prove to be right, Apple will announce the new versions of MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro and iMac desktop along with a new 5K standalone monitor in collaboration with LG. It seems that some of these devices will be released sometime later this year.

However, we don’t think that the company will “sacrifice” its iPhone release event for the mentioned devices. Instead, it will leave the Mac related announcements sometime in October 2016, when it will most likely schedule a hardware event. We remind you that the American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California, usually releases iPads during this period of time, but according to Bloomberg, Apple will not bring any update to the iPad lineup this fall and, instead, it will focus on software features to make the iPad Pro more appealing to professional users.

When it comes to Mac upgrades, Apple will release a new version of MacBook Air that will include USB-C port and it will be similar to the standard MacBook that has been released back in 2015. The iMac will also receive a graphics boost, but there are not too many details known about these changes yet. However, when it comes to the 5K monitor that will be manufactured by LG, it will surely replace the Thunderbolt display.

The new MacBook Pro will be slimmer and it will feature a flatter keyboard. This keyboard will come with “Dynamic Function Row”, which means that the top row keys will be replaced with a touchscreen OLED display that will alter these keys and their icons to match with the current application that you are using.
