Designs

The Xiaomi Mi 4s measures 139.3×70.8×7.8mm and weights 133 grams. It has a rectangular body made of metal, with slightly rounded corners and a fingerprint scanner in the top central part of the back. On the other hand, the Motorola Moto G4 Plus is thicker and heavier, as it measures 153×76.6×9.8mm and weights 155 grams and it has a similar design to the previous Moto G3, as the back is made of plastic but it’s matte and no longer has diagonal lines. Also, the vertical strip is gone.

Displays

The Xiaomi Mi 4s features an IPS LCD display of 5-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 414 ppi. The Motorola Moto G4 Plus comes with a bigger IPS LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 401 ppi.

The Xiaomi Mi 4s has a Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 chipset, a hexa-re core CPU formed from a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.44GHz and a dual-core Cortex A57 CPU clocked at 1.82GHz, an Adreno 418 graphics card and 3GB of RAM. The Motorola Moto G4 Plus has been released with a Qualcomm MSM8952 Snapdragon 617 chipset, an octa-core CPU formed from a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz and a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 405 graphics card and 2GB, 3GB or 4GB of RAM.

Storages

The Xiaomi Mi 4s features an internal storage of 64GB, while the Motorola Moto G4 Plus comes in three internal storage variants of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. Both devices have a microSD card slot that supports cards with a maximum capacity of 256GB.

Cameras

The Xiaomi Mi 4s sports a primary camera of 13MP that features dual-LED flash, phase detection autofocus, face detection, geo-tagging, panorama, HDR, touch focus and a secondary camera of 5MP. The Motorola Moto G4 Plus has a primary camera of 16MP that features laser autofocus, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED flash, panorama, auto HDR, geo-tagging, touch focus and a secondary camera of 5MP.

Batteries

The Xiaomi Mi 4s is powered by a non-removable battery of 3260 mAh which is more powerful than the 3000 mAh non-removable battery that the Motorola Moto G4 Plus has.
