A new WhatsApp BETA version has been released for Android devices. The WhatsApp 2.16.119 has just been released for Android devices and it can be downloaded right now from the Google Play Store.
The new WhatsApp 2.16.119 doesn’t come with significant changes, but it does come with some usual bug fixes, optimization and some removed files. The WhatsApp 2.16.119 APK (installation) file has been decreased by 47KB, it has 6 deleted files and 318 modified files. Some of the files deleted are “btn_green_circle” and “green button”, which got replaced by “input_circle_green.xml” in a previous WhatsApp update.
Unfortunately, the Video Calling feature has not been added to the WhatsApp application yet. We have been expecting this feature for quite a while now and we actually thought that this particular feature will be added before the end of May 2016. It seems that we were wrong and that the developers are most likely still working on improving the feature before they will bring it to a BETA version of WhatsApp.
